Effective Date: August 1, 2025

Welcome to the Evolution Cosmetic Glow Points Rewards Program (“Glow Points Program” or “Program”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program. By enrolling or participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Terms

• Program Transition
  • The Glow Points Program replaced our previous rewards system effective August 1, 2025.
  • All valid points from the previous system were transferred to your Glow Points account. Evolution Cosmetic is not responsible for discrepancies or technical issues relating to the prior program.

• Eligibility
  • Participation is free and open to all customers with a valid Evolution Cosmetic online account.
  • Participants must be natural persons (no companies, groups, or automated accounts).

• Agreement to Terms
  • By enrolling, earning, or redeeming Glow Points, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• Modifications & Termination
  • Evolution Cosmetic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program (including earning rules, redemption values, or platform functionality) at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Earning Glow Points

• Glow Points may be earned through eligible activities, including but not limited to:
  • Purchases: Earn 1 Glow Point for every R1 spent on eligible products (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts).
  • Customer Registration: One-time bonus of 1,000 Glow Points for creating a new online account.
  • First Order: One-time bonus of 1,000 Glow Points on your first eligible purchase. You must be logged in.
  • Customer Referrals: Refer a friend via your referral link and receive 1,000 Glow Points once your friend completes their first purchase. Your friend also receives 1,000 Glow Points.
  • Product Reviews: Earn 1,000 Glow Points per approved, eligible product review.
  • Blog Comments: Earn 1,000 Glow Points per approved, eligible blog comment.

• Conditions:
  • All reviews and comments must be genuine, relevant, and comply with our community guidelines. Evolution Cosmetic reserves the right to reject or remove submissions.
  • Points may be withheld, reversed, or cancelled if submissions are deemed fraudulent, misleading, offensive, or duplicated.
  • Evolution Cosmetic may request additional detail in reviews/comments before awarding points.
  • Points will be credited only after approval.

3. Redeeming Glow Points

• Redemption Rate: 100 Glow Points = R1 discount.
• Process: Points may be redeemed at checkout when logged into your account. Your available balance will be displayed.
• Conditions:
  • Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
  • Points cannot be sold, gifted, or combined across accounts.
  • Redemption is subject to stock availability and website functionality.

4. Expiration of Points

• Glow Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned.
• You will receive an email notification prior to expiration, provided your account contact details are up to date.

5. Account Rules & Participation

• Account Required: You must maintain an active, valid Evolution Cosmetic online account.
• Single Account: Limit of one Program account per individual. Evolution Cosmetic reserves the right to audit, merge, or terminate duplicate accounts.
• Account Access: You may view your balance and transaction history under the “Glow Points” section of your account.
• Termination by Company: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and void points in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Disclaimer, Liability & Indemnity

• The Glow Points Program is offered at the sole discretion of Evolution Cosmetic. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continued availability, or error-free operation.
• Evolution Cosmetic may audit accounts and adjust balances if points are found to be incorrectly awarded.
• By participating, you agree that Evolution Cosmetic, its affiliates, directors, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your participation in the Program.
• You agree to indemnify and hold Evolution Cosmetic harmless from claims arising from misuse of the Program, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
• Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
