How to use your Gold Collagen supplement

Single it, double it, mix it! Your taste, your choice! Delicious if mixed in a glass of water. Take 1-2  tablespoons (15-30ml) per day. For maximum absorption take on an empty stomach. Depending on your taste preference, you can drink it on its own or mixed with juice or water. With 100% of your daily needs of Vitamin C and D, we also recommend taking the product as an energy boost during the day. Regular use is recommended. Shake vigorously to blend well the ingredients before use.
